Furrow provides information and guidance about Irish agricultural schemes, deadlines and compliance, including a Farm Compliance Score. Furrow is a guidance tool, not professional advice. It does not replace the advice of a qualified agricultural advisor, accountant or solicitor, and scheme decisions rest with the Department of Agriculture, Food and the Marine and other relevant authorities. Always confirm significant decisions with your advisor — Furrow is designed to work alongside them, not instead of them.
We work hard to keep our regulatory information current, but schemes, deadlines and rules change. We do not guarantee that all information is complete, accurate or up to date at any given moment, and we are not liable for losses arising from reliance on it, including missed deadlines, penalties or unclaimed payments.
Participation in the Furrow pilot is by invitation and may be modified or withdrawn at any time. Pilot features are provided "as is" and may change without notice.
Furrow is a paid subscription service. Pricing and billing terms will be published before general launch, and subscription-specific terms will be added to this page at that time.
The Furrow name, logo, website content, and the Farm Compliance Score methodology are our intellectual property. You may not copy, reproduce or reverse-engineer them without written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of this website or the pilot is limited to the amount you have paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Irish law.
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the Irish courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
We may update these terms; changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
